Hello World

Hello World,

My name is Jason Brooks and I am a senior at San Francisco State University working towards a B.S. in Visual Communications. I have always had a love for the arts and after many years of studying many different styles I feel ready to take the next step into the professional world. I have learned many useful computer programs during my four years at SFSU, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and CAD. I have learned most of these programs on my own and fine tuned my talents in the class rooms. 

While I have been learning all these programs I have been able to support myself by working in the service industry. I currently work at Alfred's Steakhouse in San Francisco, CA. The service industry is a good job for any aspiring artist because the job allows an open schedule with plenty of time to work on my art while also enjoying life. I consider myself a loyal and responsible member of any staff who likes to be challenged. 

This blog is intended to showcase some projects that I am currently working on and some of my older pieces so please enjoy and feel free to share any advice/criticism.
